The Seahorse
The Seahorse, opened in Spring 2010, is a stunning modern building set in the heart of Pentewan Sands in Mevagissey Bay. Pentewan has it’s own Private beach making it an ideal setting for your Wedding photographs.
Inside we have two rooms available for Wedding Receptions and both are fully licensed for Civil Weddings.
There is the Crow’s Nest, which can accommodate up to 70 guests seated and The Main Deck which can comfortably seat up to 250 guests. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which look out onto breathtaking views of the Bay. The Main Deck leads onto an open sun terrace, perfect for drinks and again providing incredible sea views.
Every Wedding Day is very individual and unique to the couple. We offer help and advice to assist with your planning and will endeavour to accommodate all your requirements.
We provide a choice of four menus for a more formal Wedding Breakfast. However if you choose a less formal menu, we can offer you the choice of a hot or cold buffet.
Our head Chef Colin is always happy to discuss your Menu requirements.
We have a kids fun zone and this can be used to keep the younger ones entertained if requested. Kids entertainment, such as a clown, can also be provided on request.

Please contact us to discuss your date and to check availability. If you are planning to have your Wedding Ceremony at Pentewan, we would advise you contact the Registrar to check their diary. We are not able to make any arrangements on your behalf with the Registrar.
