Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation must be in writing and the following charges
apply :
- If cancelled three months or more prior to the booked date your deposit will not be refunded but you will no longer be liable for the full balance
- If cancelled with more than four weeks but less than three months notice you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total booking charge
- If four weeks or less notice is given total charge for the booking will be payable by you
Whilst we will make every effort to fulfil our obligations to the booking, it may become necessary to cancel for reasons beyond our control.
In such circumstances, we will fully refund all monies you have paid to us and that will be the limit of our liability. By making a deposit payment, you agree to these terms without exception.
Whilst we will make every effort to avoid price amendments, we reserve the right to review and amend prices at any time without prior notice unless a deposit has been paid to specifically secure said goods or services.
